Benny Kay founded Riva Advisors to share his institutional knowledge with entrepreneurial and private market investors.

With over 10 years of experience in the investment industry, Mr. Kay has had the privilege to learn from some of the most trusted institutions including; Guggenheim Partners, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), The John Buck Company (JBC), and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

The opportunity to contribute to, learn from, and build relationships at these institutions has provided Mr. Kay with a foundation of knowledge and national network which are instructive in navigating private markets. However, the true value of Riva Advisors is in the ability to apply these resources to the success of your organization.

Mr. Kay has extensive experience modeling private investments and creating financial structures for clients ranging from large institutions to lower-middle market firms. This broad landscape of experience varies across acquisitions, dispositions, development, capital markets, fund raising, and structuring for all major real estate asset classes with a focus on opportunistic and core-plus investing.
